After that comes a visit to Gold Medal Pools’ showroom where you’ll check out our extraordinary design center and live pool display, so you can envision your new Family Series pool in real-life. Our design team will walk you through selecting your pool’s shape and tile, plus any upgrades you may want to add.
As soon as we reach an agreement, we’ll begin the permit and HOA processes, which can take from several days to a few weeks. From the first shovel of dirt to hosting your first pool party takes approximately six weeks…as long as Mother Nature cooperates!

Two months of free maintenance service is included with your Family Series pool. Swimming pool service and maintenance is essential to protect your investment and maintain a sparkling pool. Gold Medal Pools technicians are AST Certified (Advanced Service Technician) and state licensed. They will make sure your pump, filters, lights, etc. are working properly. Our cleaning technicians are CPO and AFO Certified and test the water quality and clean your pool, so it’s always ready for a swim. After the free two-month period, you can keep enjoying your pool hassle-free with a signed maintenance agreement.
