WINTERIZATION

Due to the extended freezing weather conditions, we are experiencing an unusually high call/email volume. We will respond to all customers in the order in which they contact us, and our service/maintenance groups will be working 7 days per week until we can address all issues.

If you require service, please mail service@goldmedalpools.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

In the meantime, please be sure to have your pumps running continuously to help prevent damage. With rolling blackouts in effect, power outages will interrupt the functioning of the equipment. If your power is out for an extended period of time, additional steps may be necessary.

Please view our quick winterization video for steps to take for an extended power outage, and consult our manual for additional questions/troubleshooting.
